Structure Feature

Daxi boiler adopts the revolutionary ultra-low nitrogen large plane combustion technology, operating noise as low as 70DB. (The combustion flame is composed of tens of thousands of micro flames. Combined with the unique micro combustion chamber technology of Daxi boiler, the flame cooled quickly and has high heat transfer coefficient, which greatly suppresses nitrogen oxide (NOX) Generation, purge heat loss reduced by 20%, makethe nitrogen oxide (NOx) exhaust as low as 30mg/m³.

The tube bundle furnace structure has high heat transfer coefficient and less water retention. Steam canbe produced in 1-3 minutes after the boiler is started. The heat is reduced by 20% during purging, and there is no preheating load loss. The operating efficiency is as high as 98%.
